Can someone help me translate this phrase:

20 h. The ARTE cameras ignite the red light.

Does this make sense? It is talking about the television channel cameras initiating the broadcast.

Quizás 'The red light comes on - it's 20.00 (8 pm).

I agree. It is the red light that studio cameras have to show the subjec that he is in the air.
In the 24 hour format, there is no a.m. or p.m. There is only one 20:00 in the day, that is 8:00 p.m
