My try: Who loves, suffers, and who suffers, fights, and who fights, wins.

Those who love, suffer, and those who suffer, struggle (or fight), and those who struggle (or fight), win.

    Puedes decir también...

He who loves, suffers, and he who suffers, struggles...etc.... pero eso me parece un poco limitado al masculino...

    Hi Obnubilado.

It doesn't really make sense. The 'who' at the beginning suggests that it is a question. You need a subject.......He who...or Those who....or She who...

    Saludos..
