    Hello,

I am having trouble translating "elective credit". As in, "Students can participate in a project-based learning opportunity that will earn them on elective credit" This is for a High School program.

    Thank you.

An elective is a non-compulsory course. I think you may be talking about extra credit projects.

No, it's not "extra" credit. The students who attend our Summer Bridge Program (transition from Middle School to High School) will get 1 elective credit to use towards graduation. Their treating this week long program as a non-compulsory course.
