This term appears underneath someone's signature and printed name at the bottom of a letter. It is capitalised as in the title of the thread.

It is an official letter from the Costa Rican Ministry of Justice and Peace. It is the cover letter for some documents pertaining to the repatriation of prisoners.

My current translation is Head of Procedure
but can anyone advise if this is correct or if there is a better suggestion?

    Many thanks in advance!
  2. "Head of Procedure" is the English for "Encargado del Trámite".
