Enjoy a peaceful evening

    There doesn't seem to be a comparable word for "evening" in Spanish.

    I want to say, "Enjoy a peaceful evening of canoeing with your family."

    "Disfruta una tarde tranquila yendo en canoa con su familia."

    I think tarde is commonest, but I've seen "atardecer" quite often and I think "anochecer" exists.

    Hi,
    "Evening" could be translated as "tarde" or "noche" it depends on the context.
    Regarding your sentence I would say:
    "Disfruta una tarde/noche tranquila (yendo) en canoa con tu familia"
    "Disfrute una tarde/noche tranquila (yendo) en canoa con su familia"

    In any case, it appears to me that there is an error of concordance in your translation. It would be either:

    Disfruta de una tarde tranquila yendo en canoa con tu familia.
    or
    Disfrute de una tarde tranquila yendo en canoa con su familia.
