    From an autopsy report:

    Orificio de entrada de proyectil de arma de fuego, de 2 x 0.5cm, en la pared anterior del ventrículo izquierdo, de aspecto oval con bordes regulares y eritematosos.

    My guess is "oval shaped with regular edges and erythematosus" but it sounds strange to me. Would it be "lupus erythematosus"?

    Hola. Yo diría "with regular erythematous margins". No tiene nada que ver con el lupus; significa que los bordes son regulares y están enrojecidos.
