Es probable que no toda la superficie sea recubierta

    Hola a todos.

    Lo que quisiera traducir es
    "Es probable que no toda la superficie sea recubierta"

    Mi inquietud radica en si debo decir:
    "It is probable that not all the surface be coated"

    o, si por el contrario, debería decir:
    "It is probable that not all the surface is coated"

    I'd go for "it's probable that not all the surface is coated"...

    But maybe you'd like to try something simpler like "The surface might not be completely covered by ..."

    My try:

    It is likely that not all the surface will be covered.

    All options sound good except the one with “be”.
    My choice: Same as San’s.
    (I’d use coated only if you are talking about paint or some sort of liquid.)

    La pregunta me surgió ya que navegando por el foro vi algunos hilos donde hablaban del subjuntivo (la verdad es que no soy ningún experto en esa área), y, pues, me confundí :confused:.

    Agradezco, nuevamente, sus aportes.
