    Hola a todos.

    Es una politica de la compañía operar en armonía con los pueblos cercanos al area de influencia de la operación.

    Mi intento:

    It is a company's policy to operate in harmony with the towns nearby the area of influence of the operation.
    It is company's policy...???

    No estoy seguro de cuál usar. Parece tonto, lo sé, pero ya a esta hora mi cerebro no procesa bien

    It's company policy to work in harmony with the towns within the area affected by the operation.

    "Company policy" doesn't require an article or the genitive. I'm not 100% happy with "operation," which we normally associate with surgery.
