I'm trying to translate the words in bold into English, but I have some doubts. Here in context:

    My attempt:

The lending service allows any user ipso jure to access to a determined quantity of works for a determined period of time, according to the policy issues of the Library of the University of Cadiz.

    Thanks in advance.

If you think that there is something wrong or have any suggestions to make it sound as "proper English", please don't hesitate to do so. :)

Sí, "during a limited period of time" es más correcto.
