Estoy abajo, baja, te estoy esperando

    That's the prhase that I'd like translating. Suppose You are on the 2nd Floor and suddenly, somebody calls you by phone for telling you he/she is waiting for you. If you see mistakes in this thread, please correct them for me. Thank you in advance!

    Hello. I would say: I'm downstairs. Come (on) down. I'm waiting for you.
