    Luca,

Un po' di contesto aiuterebbe. Senza contesto, direi: "avoid/evade an order."

Ti prego di usare le lettere maiuscole corrette qui.

    Grazie,

No I don't know how is the English form but evadere un oprdine means the opposite. Not to avoid but to abide to it.
Not a military order but a commercial one

    Grazie, Primo, non lo sapevo.

Ah, OK, I've got it now: It would be "to fill/to fulfill an order."

I quote the Garzanti Linguistica Dictionary:

    evadere
1 (burocr.) sbrigare, concludere: evadere una pratica; evadere una lettera, rispondere; evadere un ordine, eseguirlo

I also looked for "evadere" and I found (Inglese Hazon Dictionary):

    v.tr.
1 (eseguire) to dispatch, to deal* with: - una pratica, to deal with a case; - la corrispondenza, to dispatch (o to deal with o to...

Maybe my problem is solved.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I am sorry Elaine, I don't type upper-case letters except when I have to write formal documents. It's a quirk of mine. I will adapt though.
