    Hello fellow translators,

I am translating En > SP a Limited Liability Company Agreement, and this comes under Duties of the Directors.

Except to the extent otherwise provided herein, each Director shall have a fiduciary duty of loyalty (...)

    My try:
Excepto en la medida de lo que aquí se especifica,

But I am not sure if this sounds right due to the similarity with "except otherwise stated" or the like legal formulas :)
I would sincerely appreciate any feedback :)

Thanks in advance for your help

Bearing in mind I'm not a native Spanish speaker, I suggest something like "Salvo disposicion en contrario del presente contrato"

    Hi Vocablo Trad

Thank you very much for your answer!! I thought it was different from "except otherwise provided for in this agreement", so it can be used interchangeably!
    Have a great day :)
