expressing annoyance

    I am studying grammar and I read :"expressing annoyance":
    Use the continuous form modified by "always" "forever" etc, to express annoyance at another person's action. This form is considered an exception.........

    No entiendo la pregunta.
    Ejemplos de lo que comentas podrían ser:
    You are always nagging me.
    Stop nagging me.

    mi pregunta es que significa expressing annoyance.
    En un tema de gramatica lo titula asi: "expressing annoyance" y despues sigue lo que he escrito antes. pero aun con todo lo que sigue y los ejemplos no lo entiendo bien.
    gracias, no se si podras ayudarme.
