    Hello/Hola,

Can someone please clarify the below sentence?

    As I understand it:
"to send the package to (the country), you need to send a bill, not a Word document with the value, the Ecuadorian customs is demanding, and they won't accept (it) if it is not a bill or all they can send.... "

"El soporte de pago" confuses me; aslo, I wonder if a "bill" is the accurate translation of "factura". Does anyone know Ecuadorian customs proceedures and what exactly they want?

    Thank you!

Supongo que será comprobante o evidencia del pago..., something like proof of purchase.

Hi!, just an advice for future posts, you should put as title the part you want translated, in this case: "soporte de pago" :)

I think it's probably a "proof of paiment", but "soporte de pago" is not usual in spain, so i can't be sure. (they won't accept it if it's not an invoice or maybe a proof of paiment).

Also, Ecuadorian is translated as "Ecuatoriana".

    Gracias a todos...

I didn't know it was "Ecuatoriana!" So much to learn...

As for my original question, I think I just need to ask the courier what exactly she needs. Thanks again!
