    Hello,
I have several doubts about the word FALTAR:

    How does it translate,
    - me faltan dos hojas para terminar.
    - Falta una persona por llegar.
    - Faltan dos días para mi cumpleaños/para las vacaciones/para...

    Thanks very much.

I need two sheets to finish.
There's still one person to arrive/ One person has yet to arrive.
It will be my birthday in two days./ The holidays start in two days.

These are difficult to render into idiomatic English.
I hope have done them justice.

    Hi,
after revising all the examples I think the last line is diferent:
It will be my birthday in two days./ The holidays start in two days.
My suggest: My birthday will be in two days./ The holidays will start in two days. Is that correct?

    Greetings!!
