I am translating a Certificate of Divorce from Spanish (Mexico) to English. The confusing part to me is that there is a "Fecha de Registro" and a "Fecha de Resolución". I am considering translating them as "Filing Date" and "Divorce Date" respectively. Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

...Additionally, the reason I hesitate is because I get the feeling that "Filing Date" in the U.S. means the date paperwork was submitted to apply for divorce. In this situation it is actually the date it was registered. So maybe "Registration Date" and "Divorce Date"?

    Thanks,
    Javier

Fecha de Resolucion to me would be Date of Divorce Decree.
