In a financial statement from Spain I'm translating there is a heading that says "Valores negociables y otras inversiones financieras". I think the translation into US English should be "marketable securities and other financial investments", but am wondering if anybody knows if there is a standard way to translate this, being that accounting terminology is so rigid.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hola David:
