    From today's Travel Section of the NYT (electronic version) in the Paris Brasseries (Brasserie Lazare).
    Just one caution : Service is still fine-tuned.
    What is the meaning of the two words in bold letters?

    They are still making minor adjustments to the restaurant's service.
