    Hello everybody,
From today's Travel Section of the NYT (electronic version) in the Paris Brasseries (Brasserie Lazare).
Just one caution : Service is still fine-tuned.
What is the meaning of the two words in bold letters?
    Thanks in advance.

Could you please provide the preceding and following sentences, so we have some context to go by?

The article may have been corrected. It currently reads:
    http://www.nytimes.com/2013/12/15/t...isine-to-match-the-scene.html?hpw&rref=travel

From the Word Reference dictionary on "fine-tune":
They are still making minor adjustments to the restaurant's service.
