    Here, time is cyclical and unlimited. It begins anew every day, following the motion of the sun.

    I consider ''with'' is a more concise term:

    Here, time is cyclical and unlimited. It begins anew every day with the motion of the sun.
    How do you think?

    Either would work. I would say "with."
