    Hi. What would be the best way to to translate this?

    The attorney-in-fact of this power of attorney shall have the power to determine whether I an incapacitated or whether my incapacity has ceased for the purposes of any custodial trust of which I am the beneficiary.

    My main concern is the phrase: for the purposes of. Here's my try:

    El Apoderado legal de este poder notarial debe retener el poder para determinar si yo estoy discapacitado o si mi discapacidad ha cesado para los efectos de cualquier cuenta de fideicomiso de la cual soy beneficiario.
