    Bonjour!

Je crois que cettes phrases sont correctes:
1 La consultation est à quelle heure?
2 A quelle heure est la consultation?

Je voudrais savoir si on peut former cettes phrases con est-ce que.

    Merci beaucoup!

With "est-ce que" you obtain a "yes/no" question. In this instance you are asking "what time?" so "est-ce que" is not possible.

    PS ces phrases

    Thanks! An other example:
A quelle heure est-ce que tu rentres à la maison?

I think this phrase with est-ce que is correct, isn't it?

    Yes.

Questions that begin with est-ce que will have yes/no answers. But you can also use est-ce que in combination with other interrogative structures in any question, even one that will not have a yes/no answer. It is difficult, however, to use est-ce que in combination with être for questions that don't have yes/no answers. This is because est-ce que is already an inverted form of être!

À quelle heure est-ce que tu as ta consultation ?
À quelle heure est-ce que la consultation aura lieu ?
    À quelle heure est-ce qu'on a fixé la consultation ?

    but not
À quelle heure est-ce que consultation est ? :cross:
