How do you say, "I remember when"? Is it "Je me souviens quand"?

No, that would mean you remember something when you do something else ;)

Colloquially, you could say Je me souviens de quand j'ai fait etc... but it would sound better to say Je me souviens du jour où/de la période où/du moment où/etc...

    A related question...

Je me rappelle la fois où.....[nous sommes allés chez ton oncle].
Je me rappelle la fois que...
Je me rappelle la fois quand...

I am pretty sure that the 1st one is fine, but I am wondering if either #2 or #3 are also possible

    Hi,

sounds like the only correct answer to me  Quand would be understood colloquially, but it sounds uncommon. I mean, if someone wanted to use quand, then they'd leave out la fois : Je me rappelle quand nous sommes allés... :tick: As for que, it's definitely incorrect and uncommon :)

Je me rappelle la fois ... :tick:
    Je me rappelle quand... :tick:
Je me rappelle la fois quand...
Je me rappelle la fois que...
