    Hello Burak02, :)

je cherche un hôtel qui est près de la gare --> You know that such a hotel exists, and you want to find it.
je cherche un hôtel qui soit près de la gare --> You do not know if such a hotel exists, but you are hoping that there is one.

I've corrected the missing accents (for help typing accents, check here)... and please do make just a little more effort to type carefully when you post. It will only take a few seconds, and it will make your posts much easier to read! :p

je cherche un hôtel qui est près (near) de la gare :
What is the name of this hotel ? Have you been there in the past ?
je cherche un hôtel qui soit près (near) de la gare :
Oh, I see ! You don't know this town. You need an hotel near the station, don't you ?
