FR: la plupart de/du temps

    I am trying to translate "most of the time they go to school":
    Should this be "La plupart du temps ils vont à l'école" or "La plupart de temps ils vont à l'école"
    In writing the sentence I wonder if members would be so kind as to describe whether there is ever a logical or grammatical reason to use one or the other... THANKS!
