    Hi everyone,

I'm not to sure about this translation, particularly in terms of what tense to use. Bit confused as to whether it should be imparfait or passé composé. It's an extract from a autobiography. Any help would be great!

"We then ordered coffees and brandies, went out into the garden and sat in the sunshine to reminisce."

    Hope it'll help :)

Agreed with MaxximBlanc. Just to say that in the sunshine is merely turned into au soleil :) .
