    Hi everybody,

I'm trying to translate "freaked out of our minds" in a nice way. There isn't really a context for this one, the one speaking is just saying that they were totally freaking out, but I can't seem to find a way to say this in french that would be light and/or - if possible, because the rest of the work is - funny. I'm at "On paniquait complètement". Does any of you see a better/fun/slangish way to say this?

    Thanks in advance!

    French (France)
    On flippait grave
    On balisait à mort

Il y a peut-être des expressions plus récentes (je ne suis plus toute jeune)

Thanks you all for the answers (and the laugh)! I'll go with "flippait grave" :)
