    Hola a todos, What does fuera de litis mean in English? is it out of the scope of the claim/out of the conditions of the claim or something else? Thanks a mil :)

    Thanks Ricardo, It's "dichos argumentos son fuera de litis". This is in reference to novel arguments being introduced in a court case.
