I'm having trouble with "gaceta municipal extraordinaria". This is the context in which it is found. It is part of a Venezuelan death certificate:

Según consta en la gaceta municipal extraordinaria No. 392-12/2008, de fecha 18/12/2008, resolución no. 271 de fecha 17/12/2008, ratificada en gaceta municipal extraordinaria No. 032/02-2009, de fecha 10/02/2009, resolución No. 271-A de fecha 17/12/2008.

This is my attempt at "gaceta municipal extraordinaria" as well as all the context I gave you all in Spanish.

ACCORDING TO THE RECORD IN THE EXTRAORDINARY MUNICIPAL GAZETTE No. 392-12/2008, DATED 12/18/2008, RESOLUTION No. 271 DATED 12/17/2008, RATIFIED IN EXTRAORDINARY MUNICIPAL GAZETTE No. 032/02-2009, DATED 02/10/2009, Resolution No. 271-A DATED 12/17/2008.

I don't know if they actually mean a "gazette" as in a type of newspaper or what. Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you! :)

I think the gazette (gaceta) here means the official municipal record or journal.
