Hello, I'm working on some financial statements and I'm having trouble translating the term "gallinas de engorda" into Spanish. The term is listed as one of the assets of this company so there is no much context. Thanks for your help

I wonder if the right words are: "gallinas de engorde"instead of "engorda"?

"Gallinas de engorde: Broiler chickens (often referred to as ‘Broilers’) have been selectively bred and reared for their meat rather than eggs."

"Commercial poultry are generally broilers or layers . Pollos de engorde are broilers and layers are ponedoras."

Thank you very much Diddy, sometimes they use "engorda" and sometimes "engorde". I'll go with your suggestion.
