    Dear friends,

    - Please give my regard to your girlfriend and I wish she would get well soon.

    - Is this sentence natural?

    Thanks a lot!

    Almost!

    I'd say:

"Please give my regards to your girlfriend, and I hope she gets well soon."

    The WR dictionary says:

    5 regard, wish, compliments

(usually plural) a polite expression of desire for someone's welfare; "give him my kind regards"; "my best wishes"
