glass globe with a Father Christmas inside that snows when you shake it

    what do you call this in spanish?

    you know.. the glass or plastic balls filled with water that have a christmas scene inside, and when you shake them, it looks like it's snowing.
    i've looked everywhere but i can't find the word!
    is there a special word for them in english, too?

    Es verdad Alundra, pero yo estaba pensando en si había un nombre especial para las que tienen un motivo navideño.

    Lo he visto (el nombre) en un par de enlaces...

    Se llaman bolas de agua, tanto si son con motivos navideños como si no..
    pero no puedo poner el enlace porque es comercial..

    Simplemente, pon bolas de agua en google y aparecen un montón de enlaces para que compres esas bolas de agua. :)

    También se llaman "bolas de nieve". Es gracioso porque yo pregunté lo mismo en inglés y me dijeron que se llamaba "snow globe", según alguien de EE.UU. Es tarde para responderte, pero da igual, quizás la duda te vuelva a surgir, jeje. Ciao!

    There is another person in a different thread right now asking the English translation for this very same thing. Check out "bola de nieve". What are the odds...?
