Hola amigos, quiero traducir al ingles la siguiente frase:
'Gracias y perdon por las molestias'

    My guess:

Thanks and sorry for this inconvenience.

is that correct? Any better suggestion?

    Thanks in advance

Thanks and sorry for this inconvenience. Yes, it's correct, but I think I would say "Thanks and sorry for bothering you."

    Formal:
Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience (sir)

This one that MDFLO put is a bit coloquial:
Thanks and sorry for bothering you (pal).

Just "thanks" sounds a bit informal, as does "sorry." Better "Many thanks" or "Thank you" and "I / we apologise."

So, for example, if you want a more formal-sounding sentence:

"Thank you, and we apologise for any inconvenience."
