J'ai une recette martiniquaise qui requiert "1 cuillerée à café de graines à roussir"
comment dirait-on "graines à roussir" en anglais?
    Merci

    Welcome to the forum Éperviers,
I don't think there is an equivalent in English as the recipes I've seen kept the French phrase, adding that it is a "blend of cumin, fenugreek and mustard seeds".
    Hope this helps.

A lot of colombo recipes seem to contain what they call Carribean curry powder/colombo powder, which has all the ingredients quoted by Cold Sweat.

Looking at pictures, graines à roussir definitely isn't a powder, so I'll just stick to the first response.
