    Hi:
Can something (a picture, an artist) achieve "wide diffusion"?
I mean, can these to words appear together or it would be more correct to say big diffusion or great diffusion?
I'm talking about the spreading a work/artist had during a period of time: the well known it/they became.
    Than you in advance.

I would say that it "spread greatly" or that there was "widespread appreciation for" the work or "widespread recognition of" the work.

Perhaps the phrase would be, "....achieved widespread appreciation/recognition/fame."

Otra persona me recomendó "...achieved a wide circulation". ¿Cómo lo veis?

No queriendo poner las otras de menos, pero "wide circulation" es perfecto. :)
