Hi everyone, how would I use "grandfather your current time"

For those employees accruing more than 15 days per year based on your year of service with DC CP SAN LLC, JDF will grandfather your current time.

Para los empleados que se acumulan más de 15 días por año basado su año del servicio con el DC CP LLC SAN, JDF le va a validad su tiempo actual.

Can you please help me with the last sentence?

    Tks,
    Yoly

    Yoli 66,

“ … will grandfather your current time” is describing a policy to roll-over extra accumulated time credits into the following year. Without an exact Spanish equivalent, I would render the phrase as: … se aplicará el tiempo extra al año siguiente.

n.b.: if the firm that this is for is called “DC CP SAN LLC”, then it's formed as an LLC, which is Limited Liability Company. Compañía, being a feminine noun, requires the name to be rendered as la DC CP SAN LLC. It’s a small but important detail. Hope this is of some help to you.

Sí es como dice mrgshelton y le agregaría otras correcciones:

Para aquellos empleados que acumulen más de 15 días al año, basado en su año de servicio con el DC CP LLC SAN, JDF se les acreditará el tiempo extra al año siguiente.
