    Hi,
I would like to wish a friend to be happy that it's the middle of the week.
    Would this be correct?
    heureux mi-semaine

non, "heureuse mi semaine" is not good at all!
The best I would say isn't french: TGIW thanks God, It's Wednesday! (from TGIF)
or in french slang: super, c'est déjà mercredi. Ca baigne, c'est mercredi.

Happy hump day! Can somebody translate that?
It refers to the fact that from Wednesday on, it's downhill (you are over the hump).
If you think it refers to something else, it's your problem  !
