Help me translate this, my great grandma passed away 2 days ago if anyone is wondering was this is about , I never learned Turkish so I need someone to translate this for me (not using any translater, like google... ) Thanks!

She was sometimes hard to take care of , it was as struggle in the end. But take a minute and think of what she has all given you. If it wouldn't be for her, you wouldn't be standing here right now. I wanna thank you all for your strength and patience taking care of her, if it wouldn't be for all of you , she might not have lived as long as she did. She has been like an extra mom for my mother and a person who even taught me stuff when I was little. She will be remembered, as for her son. My grandpa. They are now together and I know that Ragibe's final wish was to finally meet her son. Babanne is now in a better place and she will never ever be forgotten. Even if she couldn't talk much in the end I'm sure that she was happy what she had accomplished. Rest in peace Ragibe.
