Help with a picture

    Hi guys. A friend of mine needs to know what is written in the attached pic. I've tried OCR + translator but OCRs do not recognice what's written. It's very short, maybe you can help me? Thanks!

    Barúkh ˀAttá, ˀAdonái ˀElohéynu Mélekh ha-ˁOlám, ˀashér qiddeshánu be-mitzvotáv ve-tzivvánu lehitˁaṭṭéf [be-? ba-tz?]tzitzít.

    "Blessed art thou, O LORD our God, King of the Universe, who hath sanctified us with his commandments and commanded us to wrap ourselves with the tzitzit."

    (A tzitzit is a fringe/tassel attached to each corner of Jewish prayer shawls.)

    The first several words are very common in blessings, the last two are specific to this blessing (to wrap ourselves in tzitzit).
