    Please, help me to translate "hereditament", the context is a certification from the commonwealth of Pennsylvania:

    "To take an receive acknowledgement of instruments concerning any lands, tenements or hereditaments in any part of said state". Thanks in advance.

    Habitualmente lo he visto junto: tenements and hereditaments: propiedades y heredades.

    LAND(S), TENEMENTS, AND HEREDITAMENTS / A phrase used in early English law to express all sorts of real estate.
    = bienes inmuebles
