    Hablando de caballos quisiera cómo se dice en español herring gutted

    Dice: Herring gutted: when the under side of the body slopes steeply upwards towards the stilfe.

    Primero, debe ser "stifle", la coyuntura en cuadrúpedos que corresponde a la rodilla. Herring-gutted significa que tiene la forma de un galgo: "vientre de galgo".
