    Hi all,

I looked up the meaning of "hispanohablante" in Wordreference, where it's defined simply as "Spanish speaker" or "Spanish-speaking". Does it imply a native Spanish speaker, or to anyone who speaks the language?

    Thanks! :)

AFAIK, it refers to any speaker. A native Spanish speaker is "hispanohablante nativo"

I agree with Tormenta, I think it only includes Spanish native spakers.
