Can anyone help translate this into Spanish: hospital admitting privileges

If a doctor's office is not in a hospital, he/she will arrange with a hospital for these privileges, which means that he can send his patients to that hospital for extended stays ("admit" them) or special procedures.

Mi intento: un arreglo oficial con un hospital para internar a sus pacientes

¿Pero hay una frase hecha más corta?

Instead of "arreglo oficial", you should just say "convenio"

    Convenio con un hospital...

I don't know if we have an expression for that, but "convenio con un hospital para internar pacientes" seems perfect to me.
