I am currently trying my best to translate my English script into French. I am horrible in my grammer.
I am stuck with this phrase : How do you spell your name?
It is a in a context where I meet this new friend in school, and I ask her how would I spell her name.
    Hope this is helpful...

Well, it depends on how it comes in the conversation:

    - Comment tu t'appelles ? - (What's your name)
    - (Je m'appelle) XXX. - (My name's XXX)
    - Comment ça s'écrit ? - (How is it spelled ?)

Or you can say 'Comment on écrit ton nom ?'. or 'Comment ton nom s'écrit-il ?' which may seem formal and not very natural.

ou plus littéralement, Épelle-moi ton nom, s'il te plaît (épeler = to spell)

It sounds like a natural dialogue. Personally, I know I would say:
    "Et ça s'écrit comment ?"
    or
"Et tu écris ça comment ?"
    (more colloquial)

"Tu peux l'épeler ton nom, s'il te plaît ?" is another possibility but a very literal translation just doesn't sound quite right.
