    Hello, I want to know the meaning of this expression, thanks for your help.
    It cost a fortune, but I don’t treat myself very often.

    Treat oneself: Do or have something that gives one great pleasure. (From Oxford Dictionary).

    Según entiendo, 'treat oneself' significa darse regalos a uno mismo, en el sentido de 'consentirse uno mismo'.

    - Cuesta una fortuna [muy caro], pero yo no me doy mucho gusto [no compro muchas cosas para mí mismo(a), no me doy muchos caprichos, etc.] a menudo.

    Cuesta un ojo de la cara (cuesta una fortuna) pero no suelo darme el gusto/permitirme el lujo de algo a menudo.

    La frase está en el diccionario de WR "treat":
