    May I say I have already sent you or sent to you or sent an e-mail ? Which one is correct ?

    You can say any of the following:

    I have already sent you an email.
    I have already sent an email to you.

    I sent a reply (an email) is correct but not especially specific

    I sent you a reply (an email) is correct and specific ie it answers your question

    I already sent you a reply (an email) is terse but correct ie in this type of context "use the search function - it's already been answered"
