    Hello!

When you reply (by e-mail) to a person asking how you are, what do you say?
I am fine and hope the same FOR you?
    OR
I am fine and hope the same WITH you?
    OR
I am fine and hope you are as well?

    Thank you!

    Bye bye!

I don't think there is a set formula for this. Your third option is OK:

"I am fine and hope (that) you are as well."

    I suggest as an alternative:

"I am fine and hope that it is the same with you."
