I really love you

    How do I say this in Japanese, "I really love you, I want you to be with me forever and please don't go because I don't think I can make it through without you." Please translate this in a way that a teenage japanese guy would tell something like this on her girlfriend who is going away, so it shouldn't be that formal. お願いします!じゃ、ありがとう御座います。:)

    ほんとうにきみがすきだ。/ほんとうにきみをあいしているよ。* ずっといっしょにいたい。どこかにいったりしないでくれよ。きみなしではやっていけるとはおもえないよ。
