I want to translate "I wouldn't change a thing" given the context: "I knew things weren't going well while I was abroad, but I wouldn't change a thing since I met so many amazing people, like you"

I would like to translate "I wouldn't change a thing" given the context: life has not always been perfect, but I wouldn't change a thing.

Could I say, "Non cambierei una cosa"?
