    And could I say

    I am reachable a) at
    b) on
    ........(phone number follows)


    instead?

    I think at sounds better in AE.

    I agree. "Reachable" sounds a little odd. It strikes me the same way as "I am callable at..."

    "You can/may reach me at..." sounds better to me.
