Do I need subjunctive here or not? Estoy sorprendido (Me sorprende) que ya estáis todos aquí (indicative)Estoy sorpendido que ya estéis todos aquí (subjunctive)

Surprise, as used here, is an emotion, and you have a subjoined clause with a different subject. So, yes, use the subjunctive. But I am sure a native will be able to come up with an exception. :)

Yes, the subjunctive is required in that sentence. :)

I believe that if you opt for "Estoy sorprendido", you have to put "de" before the "que", but please wait for confirmation.

Yes, you're right. I hadn't noticed that. "Estoy sorprendido de que......."

    Both cases use the subjunctive.
